We enter into bilateral non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) with partner agencies prior to inspecting client specifications, source repositories, or commercial terms. wswebsolution contractually guarantees never to disclose the existence of our development partnership to your clients, publicly market client deliverables without written consent, or utilize client trademarks.

When you interact with our website, request scoping, or submit an agency inquiry, we collect contact information such as your name, corporate email address, agency name, website URL, and project specifications. This data is utilized solely for evaluation, communication, and project management purposes.
3. Source Code & Client Data Handling
All code authored during agency sprint engagements is developed within your private repository or transferred directly to your organization. Client production databases and credentials are treated with least-privilege security controls. We do not store or retain proprietary client training data, customer PII, or confidential business records beyond the scope of project delivery.
4. AI Models & Zero-Data-Retention Compliance
For all artificial intelligence, RAG, and LLM development contracts, wswebsolution explicitly configures zero-data-retention commercial endpoints. Proprietary client documents, vector embeddings, and customer interactions are never utilized to train foundation models.
5. Cookies & Telemetry
We employ minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to gauge website performance and Core Web Vitals. We do not sell, rent, or trade partner agency information to third-party data brokers or advertisers.
